Job Description

Cordia Resources is looking for a diligent Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist for a 3-month contract and will be hybrid in Robinson off of the Parkway West. This position will pay between $25-27/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances.
• Initiate and follow up on collection activities to ensure timely payments.
• Resolve issues related to receivables, including discrepancies and disputes.
• Strong billing experience required
• Strong Excel experience required
• Maintain accurate records of all collection efforts and communications.
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
• Utilize Sage to manage and track customer interactions and account status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable and billing.
• Experience with Sage is highly preferred but not required.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
