Pay: Competitive Pay – Based on experience

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm, every other weekend

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement members activities such as: exercise classes, walking programs, birthday parties, movies, music, crafts, social recreation and other games or activities.
• Work with staff to ensure the activities are well balanced and integrated with the members care plans
• Plan a monthly calendar for activities and events
• Keep track inventory for supplies used for activities
• Post daily activities
• Set up and assists with the planned activities
• Inform members and care givers of the activities schedule
• Book vendors for events and activities
• Observe member and reports changes in behavior or health status to the nurse

Desired Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in Activities in an assisted living facility.
