Who You Are : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Coffee Shop team member to play a pivotal role in our opening and systems execution. The ideal candidate is self motivated, organized, has a "guest first" approach, an understanding of day-to-day coffee shop operations, and the ability to professionally uphold and maintain our standards of food, service & hospitality.

Coffee shop team members are responsible for providing our guests with an unforgettable experience. Our attention to detail goes beyond simply making a cup of coffee.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain efficient flow of service, and uphold high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Follow protocols in place to maintain in-house coffee roasting for both service, and retail.
• Stay up to date on Retail, Helms Baked goods , Prepared Foods, and Seasonal selections
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
• Follow opening and closing protocols.
• Stay on top of prep work for the smoothie bar, soft serve, and syrups made in house.
• Follow cash handling protocols.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of coffee shop, smoothie bar, or counter service
• Serve Safe certified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor, appearance, and floor presence
• Proficiency in Toast POS System
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
