Peak Beverage is excited to partner with Ballyhoo Table & Stage , Denver’s soon-to-open venue that seamlessly blends a coffee shop, cocktail bar, and live performance space. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused baristas who thrive in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment. If you love the smell of freshly brewed coffee, enjoy crafting the perfect latte, and don’t mind the occasional morning mimosa, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Craft and serve a variety of specialty coffees, teas, and other non-alcoholic beverages with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Offer a selection of light bites and pastries, ensuring fresh presentation and service.
• Create the occasional simple daytime cocktails (like mimosas) with flair and professionalism.
• Engage with guests, providing friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to support a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
• Receive ongoing training provided by Peak Beverage to enhance skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a barista role or fast-paced café environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you genuinely enjoy interacting with guests.
• Ability to work flexible daytime hours, including weekends.
• A passion for coffee, light cuisine, and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt as part of a dynamic team.

Essential Qualifications, Skills & Physical Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered for this position
• Must acquire an ABT specific Alcohol Safety Certification 
• Must have reliable transportation
• Continuous reaching, bending, lifting and carrying
• Must be able to safely lift and easily maneuver objects weighing up to 40 pounds
• May be required to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
• Candidates must be able to perform all essential duties of the job with or without an accommodation
