Job Description

Midsouth Steel has an immediate need for a Bi-Lingual Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.  This is a full-time position with benefits and growth potential. This is a full-time position (M-F 8a-5p) based out of our facility in South Fulton, GA.

Job duties will include:

• Being the first point of contact for the company on the phone or at the front desk.
• Handling the switchboard for all our facilities.
• Organizing outgoing and incoming shipments and mail.
• Maintaining and updating company’s social media.
• Creating and editing correspondence for company executives.
• Creating and organizing spreadsheets for a variety of company needs.
• Maintaining the access keys that are assigned to employees.
• Managing the inventory of and replacing office and breakroom supplies
• Delivering mail and checks between both of our facilities (less than 1 mile apart).
• Being a point of contact and administrator for all Midsouth Field Foreman and Superintendents.
• Assist with all company events from set up to clean up.
• Additional tasks as assigned.

Ideal Candidate will:

• Speak Spanish fluently.
• Have experience and intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Be a good communicator.
• Have working knowledge of social media.
• Have a high level of organization and professionalism.
