Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Columbia, SC

Overview: Our Award-Winning Client is dedicated to delivering exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with autism. With a focus on improving the lives of clients and their families, they are seeking a committed BCBA to join their national team of experts.

What You’ll Do:

• Utilize available resources to select and administer various assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
• Create detailed reports including functional behavior assessments, individual treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and discharge summaries.
• Employ behavioral skills training to guide and supervise behavior technicians in ABA procedures.
• Regularly monitor client progress through visual analysis, making program adjustments as needed.
• Design individualized programming tailored to client and caregiver needs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a closely related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• At least two (2) years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) within a multidisciplinary team, preferred.
• Commitment to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA standards, and organizational policies.
• Capability to move frequently between seated and standing positions and lift items up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
