Business Development Partner – Chippewa Valley Territory

As a Business Development Partner with SEEK Careers/Staffing , you’ll help transform the local staffing landscape - partnering with employers throughout Eau Claire, Menomonie, Chippewa Falls, and surrounding areas. Our fast-paced, collaborative team is driven by success, fueled by positivity, and passionate about connecting people with great opportunities.

Task at Hand

• Create and implement a successful sales strategy to meet and exceed new business targets
• Call on existing clients while generating new revenue from small, mid-sized, and large companies
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers using a strategic and consultative approach
• Understand client needs and demonstrate the value of SEEK’s customized staffing solutions
• Report daily sales activities and outcomes in our automated CRM system
• Balance your time daily between being in the office and being out in the community

Must-Haves

• Strong strategic sales aptitude and proven business development experience
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach
• Results-oriented mindset with high integrity, accountability, and dependability
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a sense of urgency to grow and expand the business
• Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to type 40+ WPM
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable vehicle for local travel
• Be willing to be in a rotation of being on-call for after hours staffing emergencies

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outside sales, B2B sales, and/or staffing industry experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $50,000/year or more DOE , plus monthly commission
