We are looking for an experienced Car Wash Manager. Responsibilities: Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:

• -Manage, develop, and staff the carwash, which includes but is not limited to customer service, carwash programs, and safety
• -Create and enforce Carwash employees' schedules to optimize labor
• -Compare and evaluate chemical usage and inventory to suggest the best course of action about stocking the wash with necessary chemicals and spare parts
• -Implement cleaning and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure a clean and operational wash
• -Develop weekly management reports
• -Maintain a safe wash environment
• -Support employees during high traffic
• -Administer customer damage claims
• -Work with other employees and perform other store functions deemed necessary
• -Perform other duties as required and/or assigned
• -Employee must be able to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• -Expected to work Saturdays

Qualifications Car wash experience preferred

• Organized and friendly personality
• Demonstrated ability to manage others
• Time management skills
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
