*Required Education:*
• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or related field.
*Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:*
• Prior experience in Hair Color/Care or Consumer Products formulation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and analytical skills. Quick learner.
*Duties:*
• Formulate and coordinate the development and testing of hair care products under direct supervision.
• Conduct stability as required by the supervisor, i.e., track stability, update results charts, and summarize data for review at each test period.
• Document within Enginuity every batch made with details of the reason for the batch, batching notes, batch specification results and other test results as applicable.
• Enter information into a notebook and utilize Enginuity for laboratory work as defined by R&D Management.
• Conduct efficacy testing as required by the supervisor.
• Coordinate Salon Testing: Conduct laboratory efficacy tests and write reports detailing experiments, and analysis and summary of results.
• Communicate formulation stability and efficacy issues promptly and thoroughly to the supervisor
