As a Client Service Representative , you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and event attendees, helping to ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging experience from start to finish. If you're people-focused, highly organized , and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and creative team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for all client and attendee communications
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, or requests
  • Share accurate and detailed information regarding event logistics, registration, and schedules
  • Build and nurture trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Deliver a friendly, solution-oriented approach to client interactions
  • Collaborate with internal departments (events, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment and responsiveness
  • Keep stakeholders informed of event changes, updates, and key milestones
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and helpful communication across all channels

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, client relations, or event coordination
  • Background in event marketing, hospitality, or marketing services (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability and the confidence to make decisions under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Professional demeanor and a customer-first attitude
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented , and comfortable using tools like CRM systems, email, and scheduling platforms
