Clinical Solution Consultant - General Imaging Ultrasound (Oklahoma/North Texas)

Job Description

As a Clinical Solution Consultant (CSC) for General Imaging Ultrasound, (GI), you are the clinical expert and liaison to our GI Ultrasound Business. You will work closely with a strong team of GI Account Managers and will be instrumental in multiple phases of the sales, implementation, and relationship development process.

Your role:

• Adapting Philips' clinical applications to meet diverse customer specifications and operational complexities, while ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance in healthcare settings.
• Ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards and internal protocols, safeguarding patient safety throughout all stages of application deployment.
• Analyzing complex clinical workflows and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies and enhance the effectiveness of Philips' applications. Utilizing advanced clinical knowledge and technical expertise, to provide authoritative guidance and support, while facilitating successful implementation and utilization of Philips' products and services.
• Working closely with GI Ultrasound Account Managers to schedule and perform product demonstrations within your assigned territory (assisting other territories as needed), both onsite and virtually, to ensure Philips is selected as clinical vendor of choice.
• Exhibiting superior technical, clinical and presentation skills while providing pre-sale and post-sale product support, customer follow up and maintenance for the GI Ultrasound Product portfolio.
• Meeting or exceeding assigned AOP for equipment and revenue annually by working closely with Account Managers to develop and execute a winning strategy to meet financial targets.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in General Imaging scanning with an RDMS registry in abdominal and/or OB/GYN. Experience and additional registries in RVT, Breast, and Peds - preferred.
• Your skills include in-depth clinical knowledge and proficiency in General Imaging environments. Philips Ultrasound product knowledge - preferred.
• You have a bachelor's with 3+ years of experience or a master's with 1+, in areas such as Clinical Applications, Business Development, Clinical Sales, Sales Support or equivalent experience.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.
• You’re an excellent communicator and presenter and ideally have experience with teaching or precepting.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field role. Travel of 75% or more is to be expected.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $127,000 to $161,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.  Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. 

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here .

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Oklahoma City, OK .
