Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled CNC machinist looking to challenge their machining chops daily, working within very tight tolerances on intricately detailed parts.

Preference will be giving to candidates with CNC OD (Outer Diameter) Grinder and CNC ID (Inner Diameter) Grinder experience. 

Summary – CNC Cylindrical Grinder : As a CNC Machinist you would be responsible for machining parts to customer specifications, which will include setting up the machinery, operating the machinery, and checking produced parts for quality assurance.

Day Shift : Monday – Thursday from 6:00am-4:30pm (3-day weekend)

Responsibility Summary – CNC Cylindrical Grinder :

• Set up CNC grinding machinery for new production runs; including inputting CNC programming updates/changes.
• Operate CNC machinery to produce finished parts.
• Check parts to ensure they are within tolerance. 

Qualification Summary – CNC Cylindrical Grinder :

• High school diploma required; any secondary education in a relevant field is however preferred
• High mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• 5-10 years of precision CNC machining, preferably with grinding experience.
• Experience performing quality assurance checks using precision measurement tools (i.e. calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
