Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager - Commercial Construction Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Bonus | Excellent Benefits

As the Project Manager, you'll oversee commercial construction projects from planning to closeout. You'll work with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities Include:

Full-cycle project management of commercial construction builds

Coordination with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners

Oversight of schedule, budget, jobsite safety, and quality

Regular project updates and documentation using leading software

Leading progress meetings and facilitating issue resolution

Ideal Candidate Profile:

5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
