Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all phases of multi-family construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final walkthroughs.
* Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and building codes.
* Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, equipment, materials, and inspections.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
* Collaborate with municipalities, inspectors, and other stakeholders as needed.
* Maintain detailed daily reports and communication logs.
* Identify and resolve job site challenges with a solution-driven mindset.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Superintendent, particularly in multi-family renovation or construction.
* Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, safety compliance, and local building codes.
* Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining project quality and deadlines.
* OSHA certification and a valid driver’s license required.
* Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in a range of weather conditions.
* Familiarity with construction management tools and smart devices preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
* Salary Range: $80,000 – $115,000, based on experience
* Health, dental, and vision insurance after introductory period
* 401(k) with 100% company match up to 4%
