CuppaCoffee in Boston is a local Boston company that has both brick and mortar locations and two mobile espresso concepts. We are looking for baristas and entrepreneurs to join our 8 person strong team. We are located for this position at Arsenal Yards Watertown MA . Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged and must have experience making espresso based drinks at an independent coffee shop. Cuppacoffee is looking for Baristas that perhaps want more than just working in a coffee shop and seek ownership and long term benefits from a career in coffee.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, take down and storing of the mobile espresso bar.
• Cleaning and preparation for the next day.
• Able to operate with team member and without.
• Must be able to upsell limited food items
• restocking of storage room
• Must be able to communicate with upper management to capitalize on business opportunity.
• ordering of stock daily

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience making expresso based drinks
• Must be latte art capable.
• Must be able to think outside the box
• Must have sales experience
• Experience on Clover POS an advantage
