We Are Looking For:
A friendly and highly organized Dental Front Office Receptionist to join our team! If you have at least one year of experience in a dental office setting, excellent phone skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you.

• Greet patients with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Answer phone calls promptly, scheduling appointments and answering patient inquiries.
• Verify patient insurance information and assist with billing and collections.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
• Work closely with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a dental office.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in dental software and office procedures (Open Dental )
• Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor.
