Dialysis Care Registered Nurse  

• Responsibilities : In this role, you will manage the care of patients undergoing outpatient dialysis treatments. You will ensure patients are properly prepared for dialysis, monitor their response to treatment, manage complications, and ensure they are comfortable throughout the process. You will also provide education on dialysis care, dietary guidelines, and the importance of adhering to prescribed treatment regimens. You will be part of a team that ensures the safe and effective delivery of dialysis care. 

• Required Skills : Proficiency in dialysis equipment operation, strong clinical judgment, patient-centered care approach, and effective communication skills. 

• Qualifications : RN with dialysis experience, certification in dialysis nursing (CNN) preferred.
