If you are looking for a career path, this position is for you! This role is based in Brookings, OR. Full Time Hours * Day Shift Qualifications:

• Have a background in caregiving and/or the intellectual or developmental disability (IDD) community (6mo preferred)
• CNA's, Social Workers are encouraged to apply
• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED

Requirements:

• Have first Aid/CPR Certification (We can help set this up as needed)
• Pass a criminal background check
• DSP and or equivalent caregiver experience (6months)
• COVID-19 Vaccinated

Preferences:

• Oregon Intervention System (OIS) Certification
• American Sign Language (ASL)
• Has reliable transportation and able to drive the client to/from outings
• Have a strong understanding of routine and maintain boundaries

Process:

• Interview (In person/Zoom) candidates who meet our requirements and are a good fit will get contract offers on the spot
• Paired with a family/client based on location, availability, and preferences

Job Types: Full Time Wage: $23.16 per hour Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• CNA (Preferred)
