Responsibilities:
Operate industrial dishwashing machines to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
Hand-wash delicate or specialized items as needed.
Empty and clean trash and recycling bins to maintain a sanitary work environment.
Rotate dishes to ensure proper storage and prevent breakage.
Clean and organize dish storage areas.
Assist kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
