Description Robert Half is partnering with a growing company in search of a Customer Service / Dispatcher with strong administrative skills. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment. This position has the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: + Schedule and dispatch technicians based on customer needs and availability + Answer a busy multi-line phone system and provide professional customer service + Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams + Perform light administrative duties and assist with special projects + Use intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting + Create labels and accurately log information into the company system + File accounts payable invoices and maintain organized records + Contribute to a welcoming, professional office environment Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, with excellent attendance and punctuality Comfortable in a business casual environment Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel Previous dispatching, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
