Bridging Gap USA is a trusted tutoring center committed to academic excellence and equity. We specialize in small-group tutoring that supports students from all backgrounds. With a team of certified educators and over 40 years of combined experience, we help middle and high school students strengthen core skills in Math and English Language Arts (ELA) and build confidence for long-term success.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and certified elementary school teacher to lead small-group after-school tutoring sessions in Math and ELA for grades 9-12. Sessions are held in person at our Stockbridge, GA, location.

Duties include:

• Provide targeted instruction in Math and/or ELA for high school students.
• Develop engaging, grade-appropriate lessons aligned with academic standards.
• Assess progress regularly and adjust instruction to meet student needs.
• Communicate consistently with the program coordinator about student growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Georgia Educator Certification.
• Experience teaching in high schools (public or private).
• Strong understanding of ELA and math standards.
• Able to manage small groups with diverse learning needs.
• Organized, dependable, and passionate about student success.
• Available 2-3 days a week (after school hours) for 90-minute sessions.

• Steady, part-time after school hours and Saturday mornings.
• Teachers are welcome to use their own preferred resources for instruction. Printing support will be available.
