We’re looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist with experience in crafting data-driven outreach strategies for the aesthetics industry. 💼 Responsibilities

• List Sourcing: Identify, validate, and build highly targeted lead lists for cold outreach campaigns.
• CRM Execution: Manage and optimize cold and warm email campaigns using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.).
• Email Copywriting: Create compelling, personalized cold and warm emails using spin tax for dynamic messaging and A/B testing.
• Performance Analytics: Track and analyze email campaign performance (open rates, click-throughs, replies, etc.) to make data-backed optimization recommendations.
• Targeting Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the medical aesthetics industry to tailor messaging, tone, and strategy to resonate with this audience.

💡 Qualifications: 

• Native-level English communication skills—written and spoken
• 3+ years of experience in Email Marketing
• Experience in aesthetic, health and beauty industries. 
• Proven success with cold and warm email outreach campaigns
• Experience sourcing and maintaining segmented, high-quality email lists
• Proficient in outbound CRM tools (HubSpot, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to adjust strategy based on data
• Familiarity with spin tax frameworks and testing
• Full-time availability during CST business hours
