What To Expect
We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and organized Executive Assistant to work alongside our Infrastructure team. As the right-hand and operational partner to the Director, Infrastructure, you will manage all administrative functions, lead impactful projects, and become deeply involved in the business.
What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, Infrastructure
Manage calendars, book domestic and international travel, process and approve expense reports
Take detailed meeting notes, synthesize outcomes, and track follow ups
Prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence at an executive level
Maintain standards and cadence of workflows while identifying and implementing improvements
Partner with leader and his direct reports on strategic planning and defining team objectives and priorities
Manage cross-functional projects and initiatives, including complex event planning
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience supporting a senior leader
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Positive attitude and team player, representing the executive in every interaction
Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and anticipate changes
Proactive problem solver able to work independently
Strong passion for Tesla’s mission
