The Aielli Group in Naples, FL is looking for an amazingly talented Executive Chef to join our culinary team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including managing kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a high-volume kitchen, strong leadership skills, and a passion for culinary excellence. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Menu planning and development
• Training, scheduling and supervising kitchen staff
• Ensuring food quality and presentation meets company standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Ordering and managing inventory
• Creating and implementing health and safety protocols

Qualifications

• 3+ years of kitchen manager or executive chef experience -Italian Cuisine preferred
• Strong knowledge of restaurant industry operations, safety, and sanitation standards
• Strong communication skills with ability to motivate employees and obtain positive results
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented, and customer-focused
• The ability to work with a high degree of independence
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel between assigned restaurants if needed
• ServSafe Certification (preferred)
