Executive Director/CEO Needed in Albany New York Area

Permanent full-time position, ONSITE. This is not a remote role. Greater Albany, NY area is where this position is needed. Oversees all day-to-day programming in the facility, responsible for developing long range planning for the facility, overall responsibility for the financial operations, responsible for developing, monitoring and revising all policies and procedures, and much more. Requirements

Must possess a Post Graduate Degree. Minimum of five years of oversight of a substance use disorder facility; or possess a Licensed Master of Social Worker (LMSW)/or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a minimum of five years of oversight of a substance use disorder facility. Experience in program development and facility oversight a must, along with knowledge and understanding of fiscal management. Must have experience working with OASAS/SAMSHA accreditation and regulatory agencies.
