Job Description

SASMAR is looking for a highly skilled and driven Export Manager, Global Distribution to join our esteemed team. As a leading pharmaceutical company known for our innovative personal care and fertility products, including the renowned Conceive Plus brand, we have a presence in over 70 countries. This role is crucial in expanding our global footprint and ensuring the seamless distribution of our products across various international markets.

The Export Manager will take the lead in managing export operations and distribution strategies, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and fostering relationships with key distribution partners. You will play a key role in developing and executing export strategies that align with our overall business objectives while maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective global export strategies to enhance distribution of SASMAR products.

  • Manage all aspects of the export process, including compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with distributors and partners in target markets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Logistics, to optimize product delivery and availability.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine export strategies.

  • Prepare and manage the export budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

  • Provide training and support to distributors regarding product knowledge and sales strategies.

  • Act as the main contact for all export requests, inquiries, and negotiations.

  • Stay updated on changes in export regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in export management or international sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record of developing and managing global distribution partnerships.

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and export management software.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
