**Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Forklift Operator, where you will have the opportunity to work in either the Production or Warehouse Department. In these roles, you will be integral to the efficient movement of raw materials and finished products within our facility. **Responsibilities** + Safely operate a forklift and electric pallet jack to move, store, and transport materials. + Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring accurate placement and secure storage of goods. + Transport and position servers throughout the facility, maintaining handling protocols to avoid damage. + Track inventory movement and report discrepancies to warehouse management. + Assemble and install warehouse racking systems according to specifications and safety guidelines. + Adhere to all workplace safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and equipment usage. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. **Essential Skills** + At least 2+ years of recent experience operating a forklift. + Recent experience on a sit-down forklift within the last 6 months. + Proficiency in loading and unloading, including understanding loading patterns. + Familiarity with the SAP System and inventory processes. + Forklift safety knowledge is essential. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with a 2-fork forklift, no stand-up models. + Must have spent at least half of the workday (4-6 hours) on a forklift or using an electric pallet jack. + Hand and power tools experience. **Why Work Here?** Looking for a dynamic, fast-paced role with unmatched growth potential? It typically includes large open areas with high racks for inventory storage, loading docks for truck deliveries, and designated zones for packing and processing. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reno, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.21 - $23.21/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
