Weather Shield is seeking motivated individuals to join our team assembling components to build high-quality window units.

Starting Pay:

• 1st Shift: $18.00/hr (Monday–Thursday, Friday overtime as needed)
• Merit increases are possible after 6 months.

What’s the Job?

You’ll ensure all parts fit correctly and meet quality standards. Work involves using hand tools or machines with precision, reading instructions, and assembling components into finished products.

Responsibilities:

• Read and follow instructions, diagrams, and procedures.
• Collect materials and equipment for assembly.
• Take precision measurements and align components.
• Assemble parts into complex units.
• Inspect output for quality.
• Maintain equipment and keep accurate production records.
• Report issues or defective parts.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read and follow directions and diagrams.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs or more.
• Experience with hand/power tools and machines preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical knowledge and blueprint reading a plus.
