Human Resources Assistant Salary: $23-$28/hr BOE Schedule: Full time | M-F| 8:00AM-4:00PM Location: Blue Ash, Ohio Requirements of the HR role: * Payroll experience required: ADP Workforce experience * Healthcare experience/ Healthcare management required * Hospice Preferred * EMR: Home-care Home-based experience Preferred * Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal relationship abilities are essential. * Experience in interviewing and recruitment of qualified applicants is required. * Knowledge of state, federal, and CHAP regulations relating to employment and employee education, and HIPPA About the HR role: * Coordinates an orientation program for all new employees, including in-services, training, and other activities to maintain and improve staff competence. * Ensures that all employees meet their mandatory training, keeps records of in-services, and files employee’s certificates of attendance in the employee personnel folder. * Ensures that all employees are meeting the performance expectations stated in the job descriptions by collaborating with the supervisors. * Ensures that all employees comply with the mandatory requirements for employment. * Maintains strict professional ethics, confidentiality, and privacy of all staff. * Attends outside meetings and/or conferences if needed. * Ensures compliance with all state, federal, and CHAP human resources regulatory requirements. * Reports to the Director of Human Resources Why work with Care 360 Hospice: * Medical, dental, and vision health Insurance * Paid Time Off * 401(k) Matching * Life Insurance * Growth opportunities
