Position Overview:

The Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and scaling Bask & Lather's affiliate and influencer marketing strategy. This role combines data-driven execution with relationship management, ensuring our brand partners are aligned, activated, and delivering results. You'll manage affiliate platforms, build influencer relationships, track campaign performance, and ensure every partner interaction reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Affiliate Program Management

• Manage and grow the affiliate programs , including onboarding, performance tracking, and payout coordination.
• Lead outbound affiliate recruitment to identify aligned creators, customers, and niche partners.
• Oversee all affiliate channels , optimizing for visibility and conversion.

Influencer Program Execution

• Source and vet influencer partners that align with Bask & Lather’s mission and audience.
• Draft and manage influencer briefs, set deliverables, and maintain organized communications.
• Coordinate product shipments for influencer campaigns and sample requests.
• Track deliverables, content usage rights, and deadlines to ensure consistent output and ROI.

Campaign & Promotional Strategy

• Execute collaborations and affiliate recruitment campaigns to grow share of voice.
• Develop and update promotional marketing pages (e.g., affiliate landing pages, campaign info hubs).
• Collaborate with social and content teams to amplify influencer-created content across platforms.

Sample & Product Coordination

• Manage sample stock inventory and fulfillment for affiliate and creator programs .
• Work cross-functionally with operations to ensure timely delivery of PR and content kits.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate, influencer, or partnership marketing (beauty/DTC space strongly preferred).
• Experience with TikTok affiliate and creator programs is a must-have.
  
  
• Proven success in managing influencer campaigns and affiliate platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of managing contracts and relationship dynamics.
• Organized, proactive, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite and coordinate real-time with marketing and operations teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000- $90,000
