Job Opportunity - Internal Communications Specialist with 4myBenefits in Cincinnati, OH

As the Internal Communications Specialist with 4myBenefits, you will champion and deliver exceptional and compelling communications and content that will deliver communications consistent with 4myBenefits corporate standards and strategies. You will also work collaboratively with other key members of the organization to develop and write marketing materials that will be used externally to promote our products and services to our clients. You will build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and audience identification.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in branding, marketing, communications roles; required.
  • Experience reviewing, understanding, and rewriting benefits summaries into a more marketable format; required.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex ideas into easy-to-follow communications, conduct copy editing, and advocate for customer-centricity.
  • Leadership skills and ability to partner, lead, and accomplish tasks in a cross-functional organization.
  • Passion for problem solving, building cross-functional alignment, and delivering great work.
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to work simultaneously across multiple projects and systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint; preferred.
  • Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop; required.
  • Experience in social media marketing; including creating new marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
