Job Description

We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Junior Event Coordinator to join our marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience coordinating promotional events, brand activations, and live marketing campaigns while developing strong organisational and communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing events and promotional activities.
  • Support event logistics, including scheduling, set-ups, breakdowns, and on-site coordination.
  • Liaise with internal teams, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Represent client brands professionally at events and customer-facing activities.
  • Support customer engagement initiatives and brand activations during live campaigns.
  • Track event performance and assist with post-event reporting and feedback collection.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for event and marketing projects.
  • Ensure all events align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
