About the Role:
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
Provide impactful therapy: Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, ranging from children and adolescents to adults.
Manage a flexible caseload: Build a caseload that suits your lifestyle, with part-time (12+ attended sessions per week) and full-time (24+ attended sessions per week) options available.
Ensure thorough documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, and develop individualized treatment goals and plans in accordance with clinical and administrative guidelines.

Qualifications:
We are looking for therapists who possess:
A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Active licensure or license eligibility as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT).
1-2 years of internship experience and 0-1 year of prior experience in a clinical setting.
Experience with any of the following treatment modalities is highly valued:
Family-focused therapy
Multi-systemic therapy
CBT, DBT, ACT
EMDR (certification required)
Hypnosis (certification required from an accredited organization)
Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
CADC
Marriage and Family Therapy
