Express Employment Professionals is supporing an industry leader in their search for a skilled and dedicated Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bloomington, MN, 55420. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, making necessary repairs in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Schedule:

• Training schedule: Monday - Thursday 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm

• Regular schedule: Monday - Thursday 3:30 pm to 2:00 am
