This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Merchant Success Associate. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the success and activation of a rapidly expanding base of Growth tier merchants. Your work will impact hundreds of businesses at once, as you build systems, content, and programs to help them thrive. You'll ensure that merchants can capitalize on their opportunities from the get-go, all while simplifying complex features and providing the necessary resources for ongoing success.

Accountabilities

• Design and manage webinars, automated email campaigns, and in-app messaging for merchant success.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding to ensure merchants quickly achieve their 'aha!' moment.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create educational resources.
• Monitor merchant health metrics and proactively address potential issues.
• Master the Skio platform to enhance merchants' return on investment.
• Develop a self-service resource library to empower merchants.

Requirements

• 1-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Sales Dev, or Tech Support.
• Comfortable with automation tools for effective communication.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts efficiently.
• Resourceful in finding solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
