Krause Auto Group is currently seeking an experienced office manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the business transactions of 2 high volume, fast paced dealerships. As an office manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient daily operations and providing excellent administrative support. • Coordinate and oversee daily office activities and operations
• Prepare bank reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Assist with recording manufacturer monies to the general ledger
• Provide support to accounting personnel to ensure proper training is provided and company processes are followed
• Complete floorplan payoffs, sales tax reports, and several other reconciliations as needed
• Assist the controller with month end processes
• Communicate with department managers throughout the organization
• Assist in overseeing functions of the billing, tag and title, payables, and receivables departments for the dealership

Requirements:

• 3+ years work experience as an office manager in the automotive industry is required
• CDK experience is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must be able to work in the office Monday through Friday
