What You’ll Do

• Deliver compassionate, individualized nursing care in a home setting
• Follow and help update the client’s plan of care
• Monitor and document client conditions via electronic charting
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians and care team
• Educate and support families and caregivers
• Participate in nurse meetings, training, and quality initiatives

What You’ll Need

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri
• Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• A heart for serving and a positive, professional attitude
