Job Title: Order Puller.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday.
• 4:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (standard hours) Working hours may vary between 4:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
• 3:45 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Note: Working hours may vary between 3:45 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.

Compensation: $17.50 per hour.

Job Type: Full-Time.

Location: Lewisville, TX.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Puller for the 2nd shift. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by efficiently and accurately pulling and preparing orders for shipment. This is a full-time position, and candidates must be available to work on Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve and assemble customer orders by reading order tickets and matching them with the correct products.
• Utilize warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and organize inventory.
• Conduct thorough checks to ensure the accuracy of pulled orders, reporting any discrepancies or damaged products to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Participate in regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as an order puller or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order pulling.
• Basic math skills for order verification and inventory counting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule.
