PARK MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (PERMANENT FULL-TIME) / CAPITAL DISTRICT / OLD SACRAMENTO STATE HISTORIC PARK
The reporting location for this position is Old Sacramento State Historic Park in the Big Four Building. This position will work under the general direction of the Park Maintenance Chief II.
The Park Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the management and administration of the maintenance program for the district. This position is responsible for providing continuity of supervision for the maintenance staff in emergency and routine maintenance repairs and housekeeping of all facilities and assist the Maintenance Chief in administering the facilities maintenance program within the Capital District. Training and Development assignments may be considered. Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license is required. You must answer the questions addressing your driver’s license on your application. The selected candidate is required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan fingerprinting prior to appointment.Per California Code of Regulations (CCR) , this is a sensitive position, and therefore subject to drug and alcohol testing. It should be noted that testing is not mandatory, but is allowed to be conducted only if and when there is a determination of reasonable suspicion as defined in CCR 599.962 .
