We’re Hiring: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)

Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year

Location: Staten Island, New York 

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Position Overview:

As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary and preventative healthcare to infants, children, and adolescents. You’ll perform exams, diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, provide health education, and partner with parents to support healthy development.

Responsibilities:

• Perform well-child checkups, sick visits, and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Educate families on nutrition, vaccinations, milestones, and safety
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and other care team members
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record system
• Provide culturally sensitive care in a diverse patient population
  
  

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing with a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner focus
• Active New York State NP License and Certification (PNP-BC or PNP-PC)
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience preferred (new grads with strong pediatric rotations welcome!)
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a child-friendly approach
• Bilingual skills (especially Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus
