COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $25/hr
• Mon–Fri, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (or until finished; may include OT)
• Start date: ASAP
ROLE IMPACT
This role supports the timely and accurate delivery of prescriptions directly to patients. Success in this position ensures operational flow across the packaging line, maintains compliance with regulatory standards, and protects product integrity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Package both cold chain and ambient prescriptions following SOP and cGMP protocols
• Set up and operate packaging equipment at assigned workstations
• Inspect products and remove defective packaging materials
• Maintain clean, compliant workstations throughout shift
• Follow on-screen prompts and shift tasks as assigned by supervisors
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy Board Technician Registration within 30 days of employment
• Strong attendance record
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shift duration
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Packaging automation stations
• SOP/cGMP compliance systems
• Order management screens/displays
• QA/inspection tools
• Standard PPE and packaging materials
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated packaging
• Familiarity with cGMP environments
• Lives within 30 miles of the worksite
