In this role, you will design and maintain security measures for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) and ensure compliance with federal standards. **What You'll Be Doing** + Design and maintain security measures for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). + Certify compliance with federal standards (e.g., ICD 705) for physical security, access control, and intrusion detection systems. + Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify SCIF integrity. + Coordinate with stakeholders to address security vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions. + Provide training on SCIF protocols and manage documentation for accreditation and compliance. **What Required Skills You'll Bring** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent. + Proven experience in physical security, SCIF management, or related fields. + Strong knowledge of federal standards such as ICD 705 for physical security and access control. + Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. + Ability to conduct inspections, audits, and implement corrective actions effectively. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring** + Familiarity with intrusion detection systems and access control technologies. + Experience providing training on SCIF protocols and managing accreditation documentation. + Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders. + Knowledge of best practices for maintaining SCIF integrity and compliance. **Security Clearance Requirement:** An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.​ This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
