Justification:
We are requesting approval to hire an outside contractor with expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Application to assist with urgent issues affecting the Shared Log, which is a critical tool for both ORLA's FHU and the SMU. Despite extensive troubleshooting by our internal DHS IT team, user interface errors and structural problems persist. Current staff do not possess the advanced SharePoint development skills required to redesign the application and resolve the interface issues. All available DHS resources have been exhausted. These defects limit the FHU/SMU staff productivity and jeopardize accurate record-keeping. Without immediate specialized support, the Shared Log will remain unstable, impacting staff efficiency, data accuracy, and timely service delivery. Onboarding a contractor with the right skill set will facilitate restoration and improvement of the Shared Log in a timely manner. This would be a short-term project lasting 3-4 months.
Job Duties:
Diagnose and repair existing user-interface problems,
Redesign the Shared Log to restore original functionality and improve usability
Design and implement scalable Power Platform solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365(CRM).
Requirements:
Power Platform Developer with deep hands-on experience in the Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365(CRM)
Very strong knowledge of Dataverse.
Familiarity with CI/CD for Power Platform using Azure DevOps.
Should be very strong in understanding Power BI and developing complex dashboard.
Must have strong expertise in developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Should be able to work with SME on new design.
