Are you an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a team of 25+ employees, and drive efficiency, safety, and quality across the manufacturing floor.
In this role, you’ll:
Lead and motivate a production team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
Plan and manage production schedules to ensure resources are used efficiently and products are delivered on time
Oversee quality standards, troubleshoot process issues, and implement improvements
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and maintain a safe work environment
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve challenges and meet operational goals
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting
Proven ability to manage 20+ employees effectively
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
Preferred background (a plus, but not required):
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or related field
5+ years of production leadership experience
Hands-on experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
Experience supporting new product transfers from R&D into production
