Job Title: Receptionist (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay: $18–$19/hr (Temp) | $45K–$50K upon conversion

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and polished Receptionist to join their team on a temporary-to-hire basis. This position is the face of the office and plays a key role in ensuring visitors and internal staff are supported with a high level of professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all visitors and staff with a warm and professional demeanor
• Answer and route incoming phone calls using a multi-line system
• Provide general administrative support across departments during downtime
• Handle light office tasks including mail sorting, stocking kitchen supplies, and preparing conference rooms
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area
• Coordinate with executives and staff while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience in a professional office setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a personable and enthusiastic attitude
• Able to take initiative and work independently without extensive onboarding
• Comfortable engaging with executives and C-suite professionals regularly
• No degree required

Additional Details:

• On-site role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
• Occasional overtime may be available
• Interview process includes virtual and in-person rounds
• Start date: ASAP
