Salary Range: $49,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for diverse manufacturing roles (e.g., production, maintenance, engineering).
  • Partner with hiring managers and plant leadership to define requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation and pre-employment screening (e.g., background checks, drug tests).
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and high-volume manufacturing positions.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management and data integrity.
  • Participate in job fairs, community events, and industry networking to attract manufacturing talent.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant labor laws.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically for manufacturing, industrial, or engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical skill sets, and operational environments.
  • Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates for specialized production and technical positions.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interview, assess, and qualify candidates for a range of manufacturing roles.
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with manufacturing hiring managers.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, equipment, or skilled trades roles.
  • Experience recruiting for unionized environments.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in a second language common in manufacturing workforces (e.g., Spanish).
