The Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures. This role involves working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience and the ability to work every third weekend, along with on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care during interventional radiology procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist physicians with procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Float within scope to meet facility needs.
- Document patient care accurately and completely.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois or active application with ETA.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Previous experience in interventional radiology.
Special Considerations:
- On-call responsibilities: 1 night a week primary, 1 night a week secondary.
- Will work every third weekend.
- Floating within scope to meet facility needs.
- RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.
- Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.
