Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

Employment Type: Contract - 12 months

Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Tekberry is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented OEM Program Specialist to support the OEM Services Program Management Team for one of our clients. This role plays a critical part in facilitating, prioritizing, and executing OEM program activities, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, dealerships, and OEM stakeholders.

The Program Specialist works closely with OEM Program Managers to support order processing, reporting, compliance management, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Job Responsibilities

Program & Project Support

  • Support the OEM Services Team with day-to-day program coordination and execution.
  • Manage and organize a shared inbox that serves as the primary intake for product-level orders and cancellations.
  • Validate and document dealer-level requests in a centralized system in accordance with OEM program requirements.
  • Route dealership adds and cancellations to appropriate internal teams following established workflows.
  • Maintain regular communication with OEM Program Managers to provide updates on order status, risks, and process challenges.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly program deliverables.
  • Validate contractually required client reports under the guidance of Program Managers.
  • Investigate, document, and help resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Support data hygiene initiatives to improve accuracy, streamline processes, and identify operational efficiencies.

Coordination & Scheduling

  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of trainings, meetings, and events as needed.
  • Support documentation, knowledge gathering, and information distribution within the OEM Services group.

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation across all assigned tasks.
  • Follow standardized processes and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 1 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong data processing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong command of business English.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, think critically, and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Computer-savvy with experience in Windows environments and web-based applications.
  • Prior experience working in an office or administrative support environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting program management, operations, or client services teams.
  • Familiarity with order processing, reporting, billing review, or compliance-driven workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently once trained.
