Location: Remote - Anywhere in US

Duration: 6+ months (long-term project with extension potential)

We are seeking experienced UI Developers with strong expertise in UiPath RPA development to join a long-term digital transformation initiative for BCBST. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing scalable, maintainable automation solutions and collaborating across cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

• Design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath .
• Build intuitive and responsive UI components that integrate seamlessly with automation workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable , and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Conduct code reviews , unit testing , and performance tuning of automation scripts.
• Integrate RPA solutions with backend systems , APIs, and third-party platforms.
• Document technical specifications, workflows, and deployment procedures.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies , sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 6 8+ years of experience in UI development and RPA implementation .
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio , Orchestrator , and REFramework .
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and modern UI frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Experience integrating RPA bots with RESTful APIs , databases , and enterprise systems .
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git), CI/CD pipelines , and DevOps practices .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
