We are seeking a collaborative and data driven SEO Specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

· Develop optimization strategies to increase website search engine results rankings

· Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content optimization

· Manage on-page and off-page techniques to improve SEO performance including title tags, meta descriptions, headings/subheadings, URL optimization, link and backlink building, and influencer marketing

· Monitor and report on website metrics (traffic, conversions, CTR, backlink metrics, engagement, CPC, keyword rankings) and performance using site audit tools like Google Analytics, Similarweb, Semrush, Ahrefs and other

· Conduct competitive SEO audits and monitor website traffic to uncover opportunities and identify areas of improvement

· Implement technical SEO strategies to fix site issues and improve site speed

· Collaborate with marketing team and content creators to develop SEO-friendly content

· Manage Google Search Console for website crawling, indexing and performance tracking

· Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in communications, marketing, or related field

· Experience and strong understanding of SEO practices including keyword research, technical SEO, content strategy, analytics, and markup language including HTML and CSS

· Experience with website analytic and audit tools, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz and other

· Ability to improve organic search results through keyword research, content creation, link and backlink building and technical audits

· Proficiency working within content management systems (e.g., WordPress, CakePHP, Magento and Drupal)

· Strong creative and technical skills to increase website visibility and improve SERPs

· Excellent communicator that works well cross-functionally
